Project Design- Take off!

We've had our first few apps and I'm super stoked for this project!
Check out the rules:
The Designers:
1) If you partake in this project you must not change the rules/ideas. Otherwise it isn't this project anymore- it's a different one.
2) Feel free to stop the project if it's too time consuming and you aren't putting enough effort into it.
3) Don't stop the project just because you think it's BORING. If you enter this, you commit yourself. SO TRY.
4) You can event a species for every category except 'species' xD Even use humans!
6) No using pre -existing species! Example: Pokemon, Digimon, Moogles...I dunno. That sort of thing.
Designer Adopting:
1) Even though dozens of dozens of chars will be sprouted from this, you can only keep one.
2) IF you are weak, and you have COMPLETED this challenge, you may adopt a second.
4) No more. PERIOD. End of conversation. No special cases. I'm trying to preserve special thoughts and ideas, not breed character whores. No, I DON'T care if you don't think adopting three isn't being a character whore. Assuming you already have a circle of characters, I think it is.
5) You can choose not to adopt any (:
About the spectators:
1) Guessssss what? You guys can adopt any character you want from the list :D
2) Fill out a small, SMALL form (below), comment here or where the char was submitted, draw them and love 'em.
3) You can only adopt two.
4) If I see you don't have many characters, and you take care of them well, you can ask for a third. It's no big deal. Really (:
4) You can't adopt twice in a row. As in adopting 01 and 02.
5) This isn't a club- I'm not a shelter...just think of it as saving good designs and giving them to good people. I'm not calling these "adoptables", damnit. They're "Designables" LOL
6) They're special. They aren't just silly designs up and made for no reason. They will have personalities, usually names, maybe even a small backstory here and there. I don't just make these as adoptables. I can't stress this enough. They're saved ideas.
7) It's nice if you credited your character to Project Design after adopting it.
8) You can alter the markings a little, but please keep the original idea. I didn't make these for them to be warped into insane sparkledogs.
9) You can change the name and sometimes the gender, but I prefer you kept them C:

Why should you get them?
It won't exactly work on a first-come-first-serve basis, but if they do the form and draw the character, you will have FOUR DAYS before that slot closes.
If the person hasn't drawn the character yet, its still open till whenever
In event of two apps for one character, the first one to draw it will set the time limit. Not matter how early or late you send in an application for a character, as long as it's within the four day limit, you still have a chance. At the end of the four days the Designer will judge your apps, your effort, and maybe the amount of characters you have. In the end they will pick the best home for the character, which would hopefully be one with a level amount of characters, effort put in to maintainning them, and creativeness and overall love for the character they want.
